When you dine at The Buffet at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Milwaukee, everyone does! Fill your plate with high-quality carved meats, self-made tacos, custom-prepared pizzas, rotisserie chicken, wok-fried Asian noodles and so much more.

Our culinary team prepares the food right before your eyes at Mediterranean, Latin, Asian and American action stations; we also offer terrific salads and desserts. Join us for Wednesday and Friday night all-you-can-eat crab legs, Sunday brunch or a holiday meal. And selections change daily for a diverse array of options each time you dine.

Our goal is to leave you feeling fully satisfied, with a better quality and variety of dishes than you’re offered at other buffet restaurants.

Sundays wouldn't be the same without The Buffet's signature Champagne Sunday Brunch. Featuring an assortment of brunch specialties, including freshly made Belgian waffles, breakfast potatoes, made-to-order eggs and omelets, eggs benedict, hickory-smoked bacon, sausage links, prime rib, honey-glazed ham, fresh vegetables and a build-your-own salad bar.
