Greetings, June 2006

The weather is warm, calendars are filled and the excitement of summer is now in the air. Between the festival season in Milwaukee and the personal obligations everyone seem to have this time of year, the summer is a whirlwind. It’s going to be a jam-packed summer season at Dream Dance as well. Potawatomi Bingo Casino’s four-star, four-diamond, fine-dining restaurant – which was named once again to Milwaukee Journal Sentinel dining critic Dennis Getto’s list of the top 30 restaurants in the area – has a number of events planned for guests in the upcoming weeks and months. From special dinners to one big contest, it’s going to be a special summer at Dream Dance.

Summer is the perfect time to treat yourself … and treating yourself is something easily done at Dream Dance. The dessert menu at the restaurant is full of fresh fruits, delectable pastries and just about anything to tempt a sweet tooth’s palette. Indulge yourself in the Chocolate Cheesecake Ice Cream Sandwich, a twist on the ice-cream man’s favorite, complete with graham crackers and Sicilian pistachios. Or try the summer favorite, Dream Dance’s own Strawberry Shortcake, made with Rose Meringues and strawberry sorbet. Any one of the many desserts on Dream Dance’s dessert menu will hit the spot and top off an outstanding night at the restaurant.

As the warmer temperatures become a reality, there are many events and special promotions planned at the restaurant. One of the most unique – “The Art of Blending”– is coming up quickly. On Wednesday, June 28, guests will not only receive a great meal, but an education as well at “The Art of Blending” as Marc Laderriere of the Vina Robles Vineyards teaches guests about the fine art of blending wines. Guests of the restaurant will also have a chance to win a September trip to the Big Apple with Dream Dance Chef de Cuisine Jason Gorman during the restaurant’s special month-long contest in July.

We look forward to seeing you.
