Try Bubble Tea at RuYi
Bubble tea, also referred to as Boba, is a tea drink that originated in Taiwan during the 1980s. The bubble tea served at RuYi was voted Best of 2008 by Milwaukee Magazine.
This delicious creamy drink is a combination of iced sweetened milk and fresh fruit. What makes bubble tea so unusual are the tiny black tapioca pearls that sit at the bottom of the drink. The pearls are larger than those found in tapioca pudding and can be sipped through the larger straw with the sweet liquid. Flavors available at RuYi include avocado, strawberry, pineapple, banana, cantaloupe and green tea.
