Dine at The Buffet from 4–9 p.m. and indulge in a special dinner and a complimentary glass of champagne.

The Buffet's Mardi Gras Specials
Enjoy a Cajun and Creole station, featuring jambalaya, red beans and rice, fried okra, blackened chicken thighs, collard greens, scalloped corn New Orleans, blackened tilapia, fried catfish po' boys and gumbo.
