Levels and Benefits

All new Fire Keeper's Club^® members receive the Fire Keeper's Club Red card, entitling them to many benefits.

After reaching 40,000 points during a six-month qualification period (December 16 – June 15 or June 16 – December 15), the guest will automatically achieve Fire Keeper's Club Silver level for the remainder of that period and the following one.

If a guest reaches 80,000 points or more in a qualification period, the guest will achieve our most elite level, Fire Keeper’s Club Black.

Points earned solely through gambling activity are considered for VIP qualification. Points awarded through multiple points or other promotions are not considered as part of the point accumulation for VIP card level status. Current progress toward VIP status can be obtained by inquiring with the VIP Services Team.

Check Cashing
Check cashing is available at the Solstice Cage, Main Cage and Fall Cage.

All guests will need to establish check-cashing privileges. Please present the following items at one of the Cages for your first check-cashing transaction:

• Blank personal check imprinted with your name, address and bank account routing numbers
• Valid photo ID
• Fire Keeper’s Club card

Reduced fees for this service for Fire Keeper’s Club members: 6% for Red-level, 3% for Silver-level and free for Black-level guests.
Must be a Fire Keeper's Club member to cash a check.
