KAELYN PERLBERG NAMED CATERING OPERATIONS MANAGER AT POTAWATOMI BINGO CASINO
MILWAUKEE (Jun. 5, 2009) – Kaelyn Perlberg has been named Catering Operations Manager at Potawatomi Bingo Casino.
Kaelyn has an extensive background in catering and was most recently the Director of Catering at the Crowne Plaza in Wauwatosa and at the Wisconsin Expo Center. At Potawatomi Bingo Casino, she will be heading up the Catering Department and overseeing both the operations and sales teams.
Perlberg received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in business administration.
