MILWAUKEE (October 6, 2009) – Dream Dance Steak at Potawatomi Bingo Casino will host two five-course beer dinners in October – one featuring the beers of Milwaukee’s Sprecher Brewing on Oct. 12, the other featuring the beers of the New Glarus Brewing Co. on Oct. 26.
All courses will feature a specially selected, handcrafted beer to complement the flavors of the dish.
A representative from each brewery will be on hand to answer questions and provide insight on the beers that are being paired with each dinner.
“These are really great beers. The dishes I’ll be preparing and the beer we’ll be serving will truly complement one another,” said Jason Gorman, Dream Dance Steak Chef de Cuisine. “We’re very proud to be partnering with these outstanding state businesses.”
