Poker Room Rules
- It is the player's responsibility to make sure he receives credit for time played.
- Player's responsibility includes checking in with Fire Keeper's Club card when seated at the table. Time will not start until card is received.
- Player must make sure they check out when leaving the game. Forgetting to check out will result in the player not receiving any points. No call-in check outs will be accepted. No exceptions.
- At 2 a.m. names are called for the next day's sign-in sheet. It is the player's responsibility to make sure his name is transferred to the next days' list. At 1 a.m. a reminder will be issued that names will be called at 2 a.m. If the player will not be present in the room at 2 a.m. he must let a supervisor know so his name is placed on the next day's list. If the player does not make sure his name has been transferred, he will not receive any points. No exceptions.
- Management reserves the right to give a player one hour for that session if they believe the player is abusing the system (e.g. taking too many breaks without play).
- If a player is blatantly abusing the sign-in system, he can be disqualified from the promotion as well as qualifying for the tournament.
- Management has the right to make changes, if deemed necessary.
- All Management decisions are final.
