Beer Pairing Dinner at Dream Dance Steak to Highlight Blue Moon Brewing Company

MILWAUKEE – Dream Dance Steak, Potawatomi Bingo Casino’s four-star restaurant, will host an exclusive dinner showcasing award-winning craft beers from Blue Moon Brewing Company, of Golden, Colo.

The Blue Moon Beer Dinner will be held Wednesday, Aug. 7 and will be hosted by brew master John Legnard. Selections from Blue Moon Brewing will be paired with five exquisite courses prepared by Chef Matt Baier of Dream Dance Steak. The menu will feature dishes such as cured salmon served with thyme crusted grilled potatoes and mascarpone cream; pheasant breast with red beet and Carr Valley Creama Kasa tart; and roasted grape and quinoa salad with fresh watercress and lambs lettuce. Accompanied craft beers will include Golden Knot, Tongue Thai-ed, Pine in the Neck, Crimson Crossing and Agave Nectar Ale.


The dinner is $65, not including gratuity. Arrival for the event is set for 6 p.m. with dinner scheduled at 6:30 p.m.
