Ben LaChance Fills Director of Player Development Role at Potawatomi Bingo Casino

MILWAUKEE – Ben LaChance has been named Director of Player Development at Potawatomi Bingo Casino.

As Director of Player Development, LaChance will oversee all guest services, including guest relations, VIP services, the player’s club, direct marketing and promotions, in addition to the 500-seat Northern Lights Theater and the casino’s retail store.


LaChance, of Greendale, most recently served as Potawatomi Bingo Casino’s Senior Marketing Services Manager. Prior to joining Potawatomi Bingo Casino, LaChance served in a number of marketing leadership roles at casinos across the Midwest and Montana.

In his time away from work, LaChance enjoys hockey, fishing and golf.
