Dream Dance Steak Celebrates 10 Years of Serving Some of Wisconsin's Finest Cuisine
MILWAUKEE – As Potawatomi Bingo Casino celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2011, it’s four-star, four-diamond restaurant Dream Dance Steak is celebrating a milestone of its own – its 10th anniversary.
Established on New Year’s Eve 2000, the restaurant has a lot in store for its guests throughout the month of January with throw-back menu items, $10 appetizers and a special anniversary dinner to end the month on Jan. 31.
From Tuesday, Jan. 25, through Saturday, Jan. 29, the restaurant will feature a different three-course meal daily consisting of a popular appetizer, entrée and dessert from years’ past. Dinners cost $35, non-inclusive. Guests may also order from the standard restaurant menu throughout the week.
“There have been countless memories created at Dream Dance Steak over the past 10 years,” said Chef de Cuisine Jason Gorman. “We really want to thank our guests by bringing back some of their favorite dishes.”
The month will culminate with Dream Dance Steak’s Anniversary Dinner on Monday, Jan. 31. The dinner will provide guests an opportunity to taste some of Chef Jason’s favorite creations from the past 10 years during this four-course event. Dinner costs $55, non-inclusive.
