Dream Dance Steak's Autumn Menu Features Pistachio Salmon, Bone-In Pork Chop

MILWAUKEE – With the fall months upon us, crisp autumn winds have swept in a new seasonal menu at Dream Dance Steak.

Crafted by Chef Matt Baier, the menu features an array of seasonal delights inspired by the harvest and bold flavors of locally-produced ingredients. Unveiled in October, the menu features Wild-Caught Pistachio Salmon paired with Pinot Noir sauce and zucchini brown rice; a savory Smoked Bone-In Pork Chop prepared with cabbage, black currant and apple stuffing; and Sea Scallops accompanied by bourbon butter sauce, butternut squash puree and trumpet royale mushroom.


Foie Gras served with duck sausage, quince jam and purple mustard and the Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad topped with whisky pecans, fresh sprouts and pear vinaigrette dressing, are enticing options to start off a dining experience.

The restaurant’s signature steaks, like Black Earth Meats certified organic filet mignon, New York strip and free-range veal chop complement the seasonal menu.
