Esteemed Failla and Turley Wineries Featured at Dream Dance Steak Wine Dinner

MILWAUKEE – Wine aficionados typically wait years to get their hands on a bottle of Pinot Noir or Zinfandel from cult wineries Failla and Turley Wine Cellars. Guests of Dream Dance Steak’s upcoming Failla-Turley Wine Dinner will skip the lengthy wait and enjoy an evening of exquisite wines and an exceptional seven-course dinner prepared by Chef Matt Baier.

The Failla-Turley Wine Dinner, hosted by Matt Naumann, assistant wine maker of Failla Winery; and Christina Turley, national sales manager of Turley Wine Cellars and the daughter of founder Larry Turley; will be held Monday, Nov. 7.

Six limited-production wines will be featured, including: ’10 Failla Sonoma Coast Chardonnay; ’09 Failla Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, Estate Vineyard; ’09 Failla Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, Hirsch Vineyard; ’09 Turley Cedarman Zinfandel, Howell Mountain; ’09 Turley Ueberroth Vineyard Zinfandel, Paso Robles; and ’09 Turley Hayne Vineyard Petite Sirah, Napa Valley.

The dinner will be $85, not including gratuity. Arrival for the event is set for 6 p.m. with dinner scheduled at 6:30 p.m.

Failla Wines was founded as Jordan Failla in 1998 by Ehren Jordan and his wife Ann-Marie Failla. Now known simply as Failla, the winery is located in St. Helena, Calif., and produces 2,500 cases of dry-farmed Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah.

Turley Wine Cellars was founded in 1993 by Larry Turley and has wineries in Templeton and St. Helena, Calif. Specializing in old-vine red Zinfandel, Turley Wine Cellars produces 16,000 cases of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah annually.
