MILWAUKEE – Potawatomi’s Northern Lights Theater has announced several new summer shows that will feature a variety of musical genres including pop, jazz, swing and Motown.

The Pat Metheny Unity Group and Bruce Hornsby with Sonny Emory will bring their “Campfire Tour 2014” to the theater at 8 p.m. Thursday, July 29. Metheny and Hornsby are Grammy-winning musicians who have collaborated with many artists individually, but have now teamed up to bring audiences a show that perfectly melds their musical styles. Tickets for the show go on sale at noon Friday, May 23, and are priced at $65, $60 and $55.

If the timeless musical stylings of artists like the Four Seasons, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis, Jr. are more your speed, the theater has you covered with not one, but two unique shows.

At 8 p.m. Saturday, June 14, talented vocal group Under the Streetlamp will take audience members down memory lane with an electrifying evening of classic hits ranging from doo-wop to old-time rock-n-roll. Under the Streetlamp is composed of recent cast members from the Tony Award-winning show Jersey Boys and has recently starred in its own PBS special. Tickets will go on sale at noon Friday, May 16, for $40, $35 and $30.

With a cast direct from Las Vegas, the Vintage Vegas Show features world-class tribute artists who capture the true essence of the Rat Pack. The audience will be treated to an entertaining show that also includes glamorous showgirls and a special appearance by Marilyn Monroe. The Vintage Vegas Show will run July 22-23 and July 25 with two performances daily at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets are $25 and will go on sale at noon Friday, June 6.

Finally, former Elvis Presley tribute artist Ryan Pelton (a.k.a. Blake Rayne) marks his return to the theater with a new show titled “Pieces of My Life: The Unlikely Story of a Simple Impersonator.” Featuring Elvis Presley music with a mix of Pelton’s original songs, the show will take the audience on a musical journey of Pelton’s life. Shows are scheduled at 8 p.m. June 12-13 and tickets go on sale at noon Friday, May 16, for $35, $30 and $25.
