Milwaukee Brewing Company Debuts New Brew at Dream Dance Steak Beer Dinner
MILWAUKEE - The suds will flow as two of Milwaukee's favorites – Dream Dance Steak and the Milwaukee Brewing Company – team up to host a special beer dinner Sept. 20.
The four-course meal will begin with the traditional tapping of a firkin, and will feature a specially selected, handcrafted beer to complement the flavors of each dish.
A representative from Milwaukee Brewing Company will be on hand to provide insight and answer questions about the beers paired at the dinner, each of which pays homage to a unique story from the city's past.
Guests of the dinner will be the first to try one of the brewery's newest selections, unveiled for the first time at Dream Dance Steak and released exclusively to the restaurant a week prior to public distribution.
"The Milwaukee Brewing Company offers a great portfolio of microbrews that we're excited to share with our guests," said Jeff Cook, Dream Dance Steak General Manager. "Every one of the beers featured stands on its own, but guests are in for a special treat as each is enhanced by Chef Jason Gorman's great menu."
Gorman's menu, featuring dishes infused with the brewery's freeze-dried hops, is highlighted by freshly made bread, made with yeast from Milwaukee Brewing Company. The dinner will conclude with a specialty ice cream, prepared using syrup from the brewery's milk stout beer.
Seating is limited. The price is $50 per person, not including gratuity. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. For more information about the dinner, or to make reservations, call Dream Dance Steak at (414) 847-7883 or online at www.paysbig.com.
