Potawatomi Bingo Casino Names Nancy Dzurko As Human Resources Director

MILWAUKEE – Nancy Dzurko has been named Human Resources Director at Potawatomi Bingo Casino.


With more than 15 years of experience, Dzurko joins Potawatomi Bingo Casino with an extensive background in human resources and gaming operations. In her new position, she will oversee daily operations of the human resources department, including benefits, compensation, employee relations, employment, training & development, talent engagement and wellness.

Dzurko has a Masters of Business Administration with honors from Washington University in St. Louis and has a bachelor’s degree in humanities, international studies and business administration from Kansas State University. She has previously earned her Professional in Human Resources Certification.


Prior to joining Potawatomi Bingo Casino, Dzurko oversaw casino and human resources operations at Harrah’s properties in Missouri, Iowa, and Illinois; most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Argosy Casino Hotel & Spa in Riverside, Mo.


Originally from Manhattan, Kan., Nancy is married and has three dogs. She and her husband Marc enjoy trying new restaurants and attending sporting events. They are also working on their goal of touring every NFL stadium nationwide.
