Special Dinner at Dream Dance Steak to Highlight New Holland Brewing Company

MILWAUKEE – Dream Dance Steak, Potawatomi Bingo Casino’s four-star restaurant, will host an exclusive dinner showcasing award-winning craft beers from New Holland Brewing, of Holland, Mich.

The New Holland Beer Dinner will be held Tuesday, Jan. 22 and will be hosted by a representative of the brewery. Selections from New Holland Brewing will be paired with five exquisite courses prepared by Chef Matt Baier of Dream Dance Steak. The menu will feature dishes such as seared day boat cod prepared with pale ale preserved lemon butter sauce, warm citrus arugula and shaved fennel salad; and wild boar roulade made with apple syrup, beet puree and parship chip. Accompanied craft beers will include Blue Sunday Sour, Mad Hatter IPA, Black Tulip Belgium Trippel, Envious and Dragons Milk Stout.


The dinner is $65, not including gratuity. Arrival for the event is set for 6 p.m. with dinner scheduled at 6:30 p.m.

Founded in 1997, New Holland Brewing Company now includes two locations in Holland, Mich., where award-winning craft beers are brewed, cellared and packaged, in addition to distilling spirits, which include whiskey, vodka, rum, gin and hopquila.
