Customer Experience

Providing the ultimate guest service is a top priority for all Potawatomi Hotel & Casino team members, but for our customer experience teams, it is everything. The Guest Relations team ensures that every guest who visits the property has an enjoyable experience. They offer one-on-one resolution for any guest with issues or concerns. Our Call Center is responsible for handling all guest phone and email/website inquiries, and for booking reservations for all Casino venues, including the Hotel. Call Center also assists with our player’s club, the Fire Keeper’s Club®. The Player Development team focuses on guests who reach elite levels of our player’s club, and provides customized attention for those top-tier players.  We often look to fill customer experience roles, such as:
