Slot Voucher Redemption Instructions
Guests with slot vouchers can follow the below instructions for redemption, if you can’t redeem at the property. Please note, it will take approximately 30 – 45 days from receipt of the slot voucher(s) for guests to receive their winnings.
Guests should mail their slot voucher(s) along with their name, address and phone number on a separate piece of paper to:

When mailing in your slot voucher(s), please keep the following information in mind:
- Potawatomi Hotel & Casino will review issued tickets from February 17 - March 17, 2020. Tickets must be received by Potawatomi Hotel & Casino by October 5, 2020.
- Potawatomi Hotel & Casino is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
- Multiple vouchers can be sent in the same envelope for each person. Please use separate envelopes for multiple members of a household.
- Must be the original voucher. Photocopies will not be accepted.
- Once received, the Slot & Revenue Audit teams will conduct a verification process on all voucher(s) sent in.
- Any taxable winnings will follow standard regulatory tax laws. Guests will be responsible for reporting any taxable winnings.
- Please print clearly, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino is not responsible for lost mail.
- Guests will receive a check for their confirmed winnings to the name provided.
- All winnings will be sent via standard mail to the address provided with the voucher(s).
