Northern Lights Theater Refunds

Please be advised that ticket refunds are ONLY valid for canceled shows

For guests that have purchased their ticket(s) at the Northern Lights Theater Box Office, please fill out and submit the below form.

In addition to filling out the form, the original tickets must be mailed to Potawatomi Hotel & Casino.  No refunds will be processed until the mailed tickets have been received.  Please make sure to include your name in the envelope with the tickets so they can be matched to the form.

Details regarding the ticket refund process:

• Only tickets purchased at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Box Office will be refunded with this method
• Must mail in actual tickets to receive refund.  No photocopies will be accepted.  Potawatomi Hotel & Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets
• Method of refund will be same as method of purchase
• For credit cards, expect 7-10 business days to process refund
• For cash, a check will be mailed to address provided on the form.  Please allow approximately 30 days for refunds to be completed
• Refunds can be done up to 14 days prior to show date
