The Orphans

The Orphans have been a mainstay in the Midwest music scene for two decades, carving out a niche with their harmony-rich sound. Founded in 1991 with three acoustic guitars and three voices, the band has grown over the years into a dynamic five-piece band that stays true to the original Orphans creed: "Play songs that everyone knows and loves, but no one else will play."

The Orphans are rooted in the singer/songwriter genre but maintain a large variety of songs rich in melody that appeal to multiple generations. It is impossible to go to an Orphans show and not hear a song you've loved all your life.
