You’re going out to eat with friends. One person wants Mexican. Another, Italian. One votes for Asian. The last, good old American fried chicken. So, who gets to choose the cuisine? When you dine at The Buffet at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Milwaukee, everyone does! Fill your plate with high-quality carved meats, self-made tacos, custom-prepared pizzas, rotisserie chicken, wok-fried Asian noodles and so much more.
Our culinary team prepares the food right before your eyes at Mediterranean, Latin, Asian and American action stations; we also offer terrific salads and desserts. Join us for Wednesday and Friday night all-you-can-eat crab legs, Sunday brunch or a holiday meal. And selections change daily for a diverse array of options each time you dine.
Our goal is to leave you feeling fully satisfied, with a better quality and variety of dishes than you’re offered at other buffet restaurants.

Enjoy an abundance of rotating menu items each day, but take comfort in the staples that are nearly always on the lineup: the ever-popular baked and fried chicken, beef tacos, a variety of seasonal cut fruits, cold cuts and cheeses, chef-prepared salads and desserts.

Sundays from 9:30 a.m.–4 p.m. $16 with Club card, $18 without card Sundays wouldn't be the same without The Buffet's signature Champagne Sunday Brunch. Featuring an assortment of brunch specialties, including freshly made Belgian waffles, breakfast potatoes, made-to-order eggs and omelets, eggs benedict, hickory-smoked bacon, sausage links, honey-glazed ham, fresh vegetables and a build-your-own salad bar.
