Cure your cabin fever at Winterfest 2019, with winter nature walks, indoor & outdoor activities, hot drinks and FREE family fun! This event, put on by Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens, offers FREE admission. Your family can also enjoy a 60-minute educator-led family winter nature walks for only $5. Bring a can of low sodium green beans and join FBBG’s canned food drive in support of Hunger Task Force.

It’s Milwaukee, and we’ve got FOOD galore! May we suggest a trip to Milwaukee's 13th annual Chili Bowl? This annual chili competition takes place on Sunday, January 27, 2019, at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. VIP access begins at 11 AM and General Admission starts at Noon.

Milwaukee's top chefs and restaurants will compete for best chili and the coveted Golden Ladle Award. These chefs make every variation your stomach could desire: traditional, spicy, vegetarian, chicken, lamb, brisket, sweet potato, bratwurst, and many more!

Each Chili Bowl ticket includes EIGHT (8) 3 oz chili cup samples ... that's about 1.5 lb. of chili! Admission also includes Bread Rolls and a $10 Potawatomi Fire Keeper Club® Reward Play Certificate.
