Potawatomi Bingo Casino, Potawatomi Hotel (collectively “PHC”), and Potawatomi Casino Hotel (collectively "PCH"), owned and operated by the Forest County Potawatomi Community, have created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. This Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disseminate telephone and electronic contact information through electronic and online applications, including but not limited to the paysbig.com website (“Website”) and related applications. Please note that when you access any external links from paysbig.com, they may have different privacy policies specific to those sites. We encourage you to read all applicable privacy policies.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Use. By visiting this Website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use or access this Website or our services.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE GATHER FROM THOSE WHO VISIT OUR WEBSITE?

When you visit our Website, we collect and store any information you enter on our Website, or that you provide to us in offline contacts we have with you. We also retain information that is collected and stored automatically when you browse our Website and when you provide information to us. Please note that any video file, audio file, image, photograph or other content posted by you onto the Website becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information. REGISTRATION FORMS—If you open a Fire Keeper’s Club® account, or register for specific events, contests or newsletters, or “opt-in” to electronic communication or SMS messages on various areas of the Website, we will generally ask you to provide certain contact information (such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, birthday, phone number), and preferences regarding the event or material for which you desire to register.

ORDER FORMS—Some areas of the Website may allow you to order products or services, whether or not for a fee. In connection with these transactions, we collect data necessary to complete the transaction. This may include contact information, e-mail address, telephone number and your credit card information.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AND STORED AUTOMATICALLY—When you browse our Website, you and your web browser may also transmit information that we automatically collect. PCH values your privacy. Be assured that PCH does not sell or rent your personal information (name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, or other contact information or personal data) to third-parties. RETENTION PERIOD

In most cases, we are required by law to retain information for seven years. We maintain a records retention and destruction program to destroy information when it is no longer needed or required.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

PCH does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the Website from persons under 18 years of age, and no part of our Website is directed to persons under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, then you are prohibited from accessing the Website at any time or in any manner. If PCH learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 18 years of age has been collected on the Website, then PCH will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are under the age of 21, we ask that you do not access or attempt to access any portions of the Website that are restricted to persons age 21 or older, including but not limited to, any web pages related to casino gaming, restaurants, theater or sports bar information. Persons over the age of 18 but under the age of 21 are restricted to use of the web pages related to bingo information. If you believe that a person under 18 provided personally identifiable information to us, please contact us and we will review and remove the information accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Website is hosted in the United States and is intended to only be for users in the United States. By choosing to visit our website or provide information to us, you confirm that you are in the country, and agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the Forest County Potawatomi Community, including laws regarding sovereignty, and not any laws of a State or other country. You also agree to abide by any limitation on damages contained in our Terms of Use, or other agreement that we have with you.

RESPONSIBLE GAMING

PCH believes that gaming should always be handled responsibly. In connection with PCH’s responsible gaming policy, personal information collected from members of the self-exclusion program or individuals banned from the Casino will not be used by PCH for any marketing purposes.

Please note that due to production schedules, you may receive communication from us for a short period of time after you have provided your opt-out notice but before you have been removed from the database. If you request your personal information be deleted from our database, we may maintain information about individual transactions for recordkeeping and servicing, based on legal requirements that apply to us. Opt-out requests will be honored within 10 business days.
