If you're a Potawatomi Rewards member, you can activate your earned entries into casino promotions simply by using your Potawatomi Rewards card at any slot machine, self-serve promotional kiosk or at any table game.
You can review and update your account information, receive your free promotional entry and activate your entries into drawings simply by swiping your Potawatomi Rewards card at any promotional kiosk located on the casino floor. No more waiting in line at the Potawatomi Rewards booth!

Drawings Screen This is where you can activate your entries into our drawings. To activate entries, press Drawing while the drum is open for the specific drawing. Activation window differs from promotion to promotion, so please refer to the official rules of a promotion for specific activation window.
Account Info Screen If you need to update your email address or phone number, you can do it here. Please note: Keeping this information updated is important for any “need not be present to win” drawings. The system times-out after 30 seconds of inactivity in order to safeguard your private information. Make sure you exit your account before leaving the kiosk.
If your name is randomly selected as a winner of a promotion, it will be announced on the main casino floor, 1833 Club, Solstice Lounge and Poker Room, unless otherwise stated in the official rules. Once your name is called, you will have 10 minutes to claim your prize, unless otherwise stated. If winner does not claim prize, the time frame may be reduced to five minutes for the next winner to claim prize.
Entering promotions is fast and convenient. Visit the Promotions Booth on the Champions side of the Casino next to the elevators during drawing hours with any questions. Guests cannot earn entries or check-in entries in the Bingo Hall, Sportsbook or Poker Room.
