What to do in Milwaukee—Father’s Day Weekend 2013
Father’s Day is right around the corner (Sunday, June 16, 2013), and what better way to celebrate dad than to take him out for some fun activities in and around Milwaukee. Here are some ideas:
Friday, June 14
Just because Milwaukee baseball is in Cincinnati this weekend doesn’t mean you can’t catch the game across various screens at The Fire Pit Sports Bar & Grill. Enjoy a burger and a beer with dad as you root on Milwaukee, all while keeping track of all the other teams you want to follow too. Make that beer a $4 Miller Lite® pint and dad has the chance to win tickets to see Milwaukee baseball exclusively from the Miller® Beerpen®. Game starts at 6:10 p.m.
Saturday, June 15
Dad deserves some laughs on his weekend. Why not treat him to a Bonkerz comedy show featuring Jody Kerns and Harry Hickstein? () With two shows to choose from, the night is sure to split dad’s sides. Bonkerz shows are $5 or free for Fire Keeper’s Club® members.
Not a Club member? Learn how to join—it’s free.
Sunday, June 16
Is your dad a Fire Keeper’s Club member? If so, treat him to some Polish heritage! From 2 p.m.–close, Fire Keeper’s Club members get in free to Polish Fest at the Henry W. Maier Festival Park. Indulge in pierogis, bigos, paczkis and more.
If all this isn’t enough for dad, swing by Potawatomi Bingo Casino to check out the newest slots, table games and entertainment.
