Potawatomi Casino Hotel is the first casino hotel in Wisconsin to attain LEED® Gold certification. Yes, a valid credit card is required to book all hotel reservations at Potawatomi Casino Hotel. Your credit card will not be charged until you check-in to the hotel. Online transactions are processed through a secure server, which encrypts the credit card information, protecting your information from being disclosed to third parties. If you prefer to provide your credit card information directly to one of our Call Center Representatives, they can be reached 24 hours a day at 1-800-PAYSBIG.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of your arrival to avoid charge. Promotional stays not checked in by 6 p.m. on date of arrival are subject to automatic cancellation.
Yes, a major credit card is required at the time of check-in. Your credit card will be authorized for room, tax amount and $50 at check-in to care for any incidentals that you may charge back to your room, such as dining.
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability of the hotel and may be requested on the day of by contacting the Front Desk.

The minimum age to reserve a hotel room is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in time and become a registered guest in the room.
Because the hotel does not offer gambling, there are no age restrictions. However, entry into the Casino does have age restrictions. Please see Casino House Rules for additional policies.

In-person win/loss statements are also available; you can request statement(s) in-person at the casino’s Potawatomi Rewards booth. Just bring a valid photo ID. In-person win/loss statements will be available to pick up a few days after requesting. You will be notified when the statement is available to pick up.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the Casino floor or in the hotel. If you wish to smoke, please use the dedicated Solstice Smoking Lounge.

If you are a guest of our hotel, you may also order room service.
All dining guests must be at least 21 years old to dine at Dream Dance Steakhouse. Guests must be at least 18 years old to dine at Canal Street Café, Rock & Brews Restaurant, RuYi, and at Potawatomi Marketplace, unless accompanied by an adult (over 21).

Potawatomi Casino Hotel offers complimentary soft drinks and water for our guests.
A performance date is often listed on the artist’s webpage before the schedule is confirmed. We suggest periodically checking our Events page for the latest information.

We do not offer gambling gift certificates for slots or table games.
Dining gift cards may be purchased at any one of our dining venues. Our dining venues sell gift cards during their normal hours of operation.
Dining gift cards can also be used toward hotel stays. A credit card will still be required to hold any reservation and for incidentals and room charges
Address changes must be made in-person at our Potawatomi Rewards booth or at our Promotional Kiosks. Please bring a valid photo ID.

Masks are no longer required for our guests. We will continue to follow COVID-19 guidelines set by the City of Milwaukee as they relate to masking requirements.
Potawatomi Casino Hotel is fully open for gaming in: slots, most table games, video poker and electronic table games. Our dining options are open for in-person, as well as take-out food service. All our bars are fully open.

We do have a limited number of wheelchairs available for our guests. You may obtain a wheelchair at the front entrance of the Hotel by the Valet Kiosk. There is no charge, but you will need valid identification. Individuals will also need to manage their own transport.
