Promotions

All participants must be Potawatomi Rewards members; membership is free.
Guests must activate entries prior to each drawing. See promotion official rules for complete details.
Must be present to win drawings or prizes.
Guests are limited to winning once per drawing time, unless otherwise indicated.
Month-long promotion drawing entries carry over from week to week.
Drawing winners have 10 minutes to claim prize or another name will be drawn. If a second name is drawn, the time frame is reduced to five minutes.
All gifts are while supplies last, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Gifts are not redeemable for cash.
To receive prize or free gift(s), you must present your Potawatomi Rewards card along with a valid photo ID (and coupon, if applicable).

Offers & Coupons

Gaming offers are typically based on play. In the event of a mailing, printing or other error resulting in an offer not substantiated by prior gaming play, the incorrect offer may be voided. In such event, Potawatomi Casino Hotel management reserves all rights to void, replace or substitute the offer.

Potawatomi Reward Play

To receive your offer, present coupon at any Potawatomi Rewards booth or insert your player’s card in your favorite slot machine and enter your secure PIN to access your Potawatomi Reward Play.
If you are not a Potawatomi Rewards member, you must sign up; membership is free.

Seating is first-come, first-served basis based on availability.
Reservations are highly recommended at Dream Dance Steakhouse.

Hotel

A credit card is required for and guarantees your reservation.

Standard cancellation policies apply: Reservations must be cancelled by 6 p.m. on the day of check-in to avoid a penalty charge of full room rate.

Hotel Registration

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Guest signature on the registration card is authorization for use of the credit card on file for payment of my account for this and future stays. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived, agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or other third party billed, fails to pay part or all of these charges.
Credit/debit card provided will be authorized for $50 in addition to the room and tax amount. Unused funds are released upon check out but the availability of the funds is dependent upon your banking institution.
Potawatomi Casino Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in guest rooms, meeting rooms, public areas or vehicles. A safe is provided in each room.
Damage/removal of in-room tablet from the guest room is subject to a $500 fee. Tablet is equipped with security that is proprietary only to Potawatomi Hotel Guest Rooms. In the event that tablet is removed from the designated room, tablet access is disabled.
The hotel property and all of the guest rooms are smoke-free and subject to a $250 fine.
You will be held responsible for any damages and or missing items from the room.

Match Play

To receive your Match Play, present your Potawatomi Rewards card and a valid photo ID at any Potawatomi Rewards booth.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Void if copied or altered.
One offer per member.
Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Match Play valid on one-to-one wagers only.
Match Play may not be used to meet table minimum wager.
