Registration

• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Guest signature on the registration card is authorization for use of the credit card on file for payment of my account for this and future stays. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived, agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or other third party billed, fails to pay part or all of these charges.
• Credit/debit card provided will be authorized for $50 in addition to the room and tax amount. Unused funds are released upon check out but the availability of the funds is dependent upon your banking institution.
• Potawatomi Casino Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in guest rooms, meeting rooms, public areas or vehicles. A safe is provided in each room.
• Damage/removal of in-room tablet from the guest room is subject to a $500 fee. Tablet is equipped with security that is proprietary only to Potawatomi Hotel Guest Rooms. In the event that tablet is removed from the designated room, tablet access is disabled.
• The hotel property and all of the guest rooms are smoke-free and subject to a $250 fine.
• You will be held responsible for any damages and or missing items from the room.
