Cutting Edge Cocktails Make Debut at Potawatomi Bingo Casino's Bar 360

MILWAUKEE – Got a case of the Mondays? Potawatomi Bingo Casino is here to help.

The Casino is putting a new spin on happy hour by introducing molecular cocktails at its Bar 360. Molecular Mondays will feature brightly colored, edible cocktails and alcohol-infused foams and garnishes. The new items will be available on Mondays starting June 6.

Part science experiment, part mixology and a whole lot of fun, the new molecular cocktails are created when alcohol and other liquids are converted into tiny spheres with the look and texture of caviar and used to garnish martinis and other cocktails.

Some of the whimsical cocktails found on the menu include Green Gossip with spheres of Midori®, The Flirty Lady made with Saracco Moscato d’Asti and floating pearls of Chambord® and a Pomegranate Martini topped with tiny globes of 5-Hour Energy® Pomegranate.

More decadent cocktails, such as chocolate martinis and blind Russians, can stand in for dessert, as they are topped with alcohol-infused foams made from Baileys Irish Cream and Godiva Chocolate Liquor.

Infused garnishes are also featured on Molecular Mondays. The crisp, cool crunch of a gin-infused cucumber complements a cucumber martini, and a taste of the islands bursts from pineapple wedges infused with coconut rum.

Molecular Mondays will be held from 6 – 11 p.m. Mondays at Potawatomi Bingo Casino’s Bar 360.
