Chef Matt Baier of Dream Dance Steak and his culinary team will treat guests to an exclusive Valentine’s Day menu Feb. 14-16. The 3-course menu includes a Boston Bibb salad or seared sea scallops to start, followed by crab-stuffed fluke or a tender flat iron steak, and finished with chocolate flourless raspberry mousse cake or a caramelized hazelnut chocolate torte. A 3-course prix-fixe Valentine’s menu of Italian favorites prepared by Chef Audrey Vandenburgh will tempt the palates of guests Feb. 14-16. Dinner includes an appetizer assortment of calamari, arancini, seasoned olives and pepperoncini; a choice of linguini with scallops in a light cream sauce or orecchiette pasta with beef medallions; and a shared chocolate dessert. Celebrate your valentine with a special four-course menu Feb. 14-16. Melt-in-your-mouth options include hot sake carafe, smoked fish cake with miso butter and Asian coleslaw, golden pork buns with Chinese BBQ sauce, supreme shrimp and pork dumpling soup, pan-seared lobster tail, scallops and shrimp in dashi butter sauce, finishing with a dark chocolate buttermilk cake with passion fruit mousse and fresh raspberries.
