The 3-course menu includes a Boston Bibb salad or seared sea scallops to start, followed by crab-stuffed fluke or a tender flat iron steak, and finished with chocolate flourless raspberry mousse cake or a caramelized hazelnut chocolate torte. A 3-course prix-fixe Valentine’s menu of Italian favorites prepared by Chef Audrey Vandenburgh will tempt the palates of guests Feb. 14-16. Dinner includes an appetizer assortment of calamari, arancini, seasoned olives and pepperoncini; a choice of linguini with scallops in a light cream sauce or orecchiette pasta with beef medallions; and a shared chocolate dessert.
